 Justin has spent a significant amount of  time laser focused on the renewable energy market and has proven the ability to negotiate and acquire Solar Leases, Purchase Options, Surface Use Agreements, along with providing Mineral Ownership Reports to his clients. Justin and his team have proven time and time again they do not take "no" for an answer and have played an instrumental role in gaining site control for our clients in extremely competitive areas. Many of the projects that Merendino Energy Group has leased on behalf of our clients will be going to construction in late 2024, providing clean renewable energy to the grid.

Justin and his team still have deep ties to the Oil and Gas Markets, specifically the unconventional resource plays in Texas.
